The Aspen space, designed by Altelier Studio for Global TV at the MIAD fair in Madrid, reimagines the home cinema experience through a flawless selection of finishes, technology and lighting, in a design that evokes the elegance of the most exclusive residences in Aspen, Colorado. For this special occasion, Lluria contributed to the lighting of a project that has garnered both public acclaim and an award for technological innovation.

Integrated lighting
Lluria’s role focused on incorporating linear lighting into key details and elements of the space. One of the stand-out features is its integration into the shelving units flanking the large screen, where the lighting is subtly embedded and discreetly concealed. The Elara 14.4 LED strips at 2,700K create an interplay of indirect light that enhances the sense of comfort while maintaining a harmonious balance with the space’s overall warm colour palette.

Guiding and enhancing
Lluria’s linear systems also run along the skirting boards and stair treads, effectively marking out circulation paths within the space. Beyond their strong visual appeal, the Moon 4.8 LED strips at 2,700 K offer clear visual guidance, improving user safety. In this way, the use of linear lighting contributes to a more functional, seamless and cohesive environment.

Complementing the architecture
The ideal blend of technical, decorative and ambient lighting transforms the space into a cosy winter retreat that highlights the richness of the materials used. The lighting works in harmony with the architecture and becomes a key element in enhancing the perception of this spectacular result, the product of a multidisciplinary design approach.

Commitment, collaboration and excellence
At Lluria, we remain committed to unique and fruitful collaborations, bringing all our knowledge and expertise to bear in serving our clients. Our goal is to make light an essential part of the project’s narrative, integrating it with precision into every detail to demonstrate how carefully considered lighting can truly make a difference.
